The struggles and perils of an everyday triathlete
I don't do it enough, but reading is one way for me to relax and de-stress. Obviously I'm too stressed if I'm not doing that a lot. :)
I take my greyshounds out and we run. I also crank up my music.
i like to veg on the couch...or go for a run. the best feeling is knowing that i have nothing scheduled for an evening, finishing up my day, renting a movie, cooking supper, and simply sitting down to watch the movie as i eat on the couch. that thought relaxes me just to think about it.
