I can't do any of the workouts I want. All I can do is get on the trainer or treadmill. It's gorgeous outside. This sucks. Last night, my ribs hurt so much, I just laid around like a sloth...eating chocolate. Oh, did I mention I'm PMSing? Great timing. Sleeping was agony. Coughing is torture. Sneezing is excruciating. These processes probably do more damage than anything else. Needless to say, I'm restless, anxious, irritable...and I feel fat.

You poor thing! We've all been there. Can you go for a walk, just to get some fresh air? As for the chocolate, try making sugar free chocolate pudding with skim milk. You can eat the whole 2-cup deal and it's no more calories than a Lean Cuisine entree, but very filling and chocolatey.
Can you do weights? I hate that frustrating withdrawal feeling after you've been addicted to endorphins. It sucks!
weights are a no-no b/c you use your abs and ribs a lot for that. thanks for the sympathy.
I recommend sugar free fudgcicles. 40 calories! You can't tell! They are delish! And if you ate the whole box, it would be like eating 1 peice of regular cake. Not that I advocate that. But I might have done it before. Being a woman has its downs. Ups too, but lots of downs! I hope in our next lives we are paid back for it.
Girl..if u are going to indulge..make sure u indulge guitly free...after I had my root canal, I went and grab me ice cream and what not. As long as I am sick, I might as well just enjoy it.
sorry about the PMS..i have no experience about that. Relax...let the body heal up and u will be back on your feet soon :)
