What a difference a workout makes!

I feel SO much better. I lifted weights yesterday. Guess I've been slacking on those. When did dips become so hard? Plus, I swam in my masters class this morning. My shoulders are sore but it felt so good to get in the pool!

I was thinking the same thing today.. went and did speed work.. didn't really like it at the time but when it was done...!

Glad to hear you are feeling tons better - it is amazing what a workout does for us!

Quick question: how much strength training do you do (or try to do!)?

I keep forgetting to check out your swim blog. I need to add that to my page so as not to forget it. It has been over a year since i have had a recovery week. Since Sunday I have had two recovery days (with a massage in there).

I like to do weights alot, but I have not had a chance to get quality time in the gym like I used to. Let us hope that changes soon.
