Hard 200s

Warm-Up (long today):

2x100 free (easy--form focus)

for each free set, first 25m of each 100m is drill (2 strokes right arm; 2 strokes left arm), 75m free; repeat to finish set

50 stroke

200 free

50 stroke

300 free

50 stroke

400 free

50 stroke

Main:

4x200

1. base

2. base +5 sec

3. base + 10 sec

4. base + 15 sec

Cool-down:

100 kick

Total Distance: 2300 m
