Look Ma! I have leg muscles!


Gotta love those track workouts!
1 mi warm up
0.5 mi strides
3x1 mile timed repeats (descending)
1x400 easy b/tw each mile
1 mi cool down
Total~6 mi

BTW: What are you doing for Strides? I have looked around and found a couple different definitions for Strides.

My new training plan calls for Strides, but doesn't go into specifics.

Track runs seem like they would be boring, just like running on a treadmill. I guess guess the drills kinda break it up. Of course I have never ran on a track before so I would not know. Lookin Good!!!
