This is an addendum to the previous post (how to go on a cruise). Turns out, I get massively SEASICK on cruiseships. So my R&R weekend turned into a "lose those extra pounds fast" weekend. I spent 72 hours either throwing up or doped up on Dramimine. Could this be the "new" weight-loss cure?

Oh, no! I'm so sorry! Not only did you not get to enjoy the cruise, but you weren't able to train.
Well, you've got a good base so you should be fine. And, uh... you're lighter now, so that means faster, right?
Ohhhhhhhh NOOOO!! Oh man that sounds horrible Rachel! I guess on the bright side, you can now pig out on ice cream?!? LOL
Well, that's definitely one way to ensure you don't have a cruise interfering with training again, huh? :)
