Been feeling kind of depressed lately. No real reason why. Just don't feel like doing anything and feel guilty for doing nothing. I got nothing done today. I meant to do so much more. I hate this. What is wrong with me?
Nothing is wrong with you. At least I hope there isn't, because that would mean there is something wrong with me, too! :P Most everyone goes thru this stuff. Don't feed the cycle with guilt, because that is what pulls you down further... it's ok to 'do nothing' once in a while. :) Now smile. :)
Hang in there Rachel! We've all been there (at least I know I have). Tammy is right on with her comment about the guilt...let it go and remember it will all pass....it's just a phase and will turn around soon enough...maybe hard to imagine now but it will!
There is guilt for doing nothing? I love doing nothing. These are precious moments in my life. Everyday i am packed with stuff..work,church,training,family,friends,outings...blah blah blah...
i do miss those quiet time. :)
I say since u are doing nothing..u might as well enjoy it :D

No worries. It's normal. If we all felt super duper all the time I think we'd go insane! Hang in there. It'll all come back to its normal equilibrium.
Superheroes need down time too. :-p

It's just a phase, I think we all go through it. Don't play the guilt game, but rather relax and rest until it passes.
Eh, if you worry about why you feel the way you do you forget to feel. It'll pass. Hope you feel better!
Hang in there - think of it as a time to invest in recuperating and it'll all come back full force soon enough.
