I've been battling with some depression lately, evident in my last post. Needless to say, it was quite the timely e-mail that I got the other day:
"Hi Rachel,
We just posted an article, “50 Informative & Inspiring Blogs for Triathletes” ( http://www.physicaltherapyassistantschools.org/50-informative-inspiring-blogs-for-triathletes/ ). I thought I'd bring it to your attention in case you think your readers would find it interesting.
I am happy to let you know that your site has been included in this list.
Either way, thanks for your time!"
Thanks so much for the shout-out!

big cheesy smile! that should make you feel good!
I would definitely agree with that statement! Your blog and your love for the sport shine through immensely in each of your posts-especially the race reports!
I enjoy reading them and have emailed them to many of my friends and co-triathletes!
Totally agree! Your blog taught me so much when I first started out. I even printed up your directions on how to change a tire! :-)
Way to go, Rachel!
Yay Rachel! I agree -- your blog is both informative and inspiring! So much awesome info and it's been amazing to hear about your triathlon journey! :)
Completely agree. I have loved reading your blog you are a fantastic writer. You not only inspired me in my own triathlon journey but also to start blogging about it! You rock - keep it going!!
Keep on blogging! :) I don't comment much but follow your blog
I just found your blog after a summer of beginning triathlons. It's been a goal of mine to compete in an Ironman since the first time I saw Kona on TV when I was 15. I am now 28, and 3 kids later have started my path with the sprint distance.
Going back to the beginning when you started has been so inspiring to me at the beginning of my path. I love to see how you've improved and I only hope I can do the same.
Moving up to Olympic distance next summer and plans for a 1/2 ironman in 2012.
Hope you feel better soon!

Hi Rachel- Just discovered your blog...as i search for some inspiration myself! I am getting ready for my first half in three weeks and feeling a bit nervous BUT I have discovered that things will work out despite my anxiety and. I am quite confident that good things are coming your way too. Hang in. Best- Deirdre
Great blog - keep up the great work! Our paths crossed once upon a time when I was in San Diego training for work just over a year ago. I actually recognized you as you ran by me the opposite way. I circled back and ran a mile or so with ya.
It was great to meet you in person and I wish you the very best in your job hunting. Keep the faith...
