You must have a friggin sweet base because I needed a heck of alot more training than that!!! :) Good luck on your training... I look forward to your stories and report when you are done
Holy crap. I echo what Andy said above--your base must be superhuman!
Good luck to you. I totally envy your ambition and your ability. I am finally getting up the nerve to do my first Olympic race this August--winter here in Chicago has been too brutal for me to even consider anything else.
Thanks Rachel. I am scrutinizing this to help me ramp up to one 8hr/130mi/8,500ft ride per week for the Canyon Classic Lick Observatory Ride. I have 7 weeks and would like to drop 15 lbs too. Must learn to taper/recover too, but slow is sooooooo boring!!! /=)
Congratulations Alison! Your report gave me goosebumps and I'm so happy for you that you were able to accomplish your goal and you now feel complete. We are one of the best leading Triathlon Training company.

Which Rock 'n Roll are you doing? I'm signed up for Seattle.
I'm confused by the CA 70.3. Which race is that? I'm guessing one CA is California and the other is Canada?
Awesome! You need some movie soundtrack style music announcing it on your blog. ;-)
Good luck at CA 70.3! That's right around the corner, but the bike course will give you a nice hill/strength workout to prepare you for Canada.
Just to clarify:
I'm doing the San Diego Rock 'n Roll Marathon.
IM CA 70.3 is California and IM CA is Canada.

OMG! I have soooooo much to learn!
Thanks for the clarification! I've never heard of the IM CA 70.3 before, looks great!
And so it has begun! Looks like a great schedule!
I do need more training than what is listed! I didn't show the other (shorter) workouts during the week. Just the key/long ones!

Good luck!!! I am sure you will do great.
I have 13 days left till my IM and my key workouts looked pretty similar. I thoroughly enjoyed training for it.
