By popular demand, I have provided the following pics demonstrating how I've pimped my bike. Enjoy...
1. new clip-on aerobars (specially fitted to the bike with me on it)
2. Compact cranks to replace the triple ring (so no more knee pain b/c the angle from my hip to knee is straighter; yay!)
3. The whole kit and kaboodle. Isn't she sweet?
4. Modeling the bike in the new-and-improved aero position, of course.
5. Last, but not least, upgraded Look pedals. Very zippy.

Looks good! I have Look pedals and they're great riding but the cleats are a challenge to walk with. How do the cranks feel performance-wise? Also sounds like you had a heck of a last couple weeks.
Sweet! I may have to pimp my ride too, that is, whenever I stop running long enought to ride it ;-)
Woohoo, bike porn! =D Cool pics, I'm interested to see how you like your compact crank as I've been thinking along those lines too. I went for the Look Keos too and only had one unclippable fall to date (heck, it's gonna happen sooner or later). Did you notice a jump in your avg mph with the bars yet or still getting used to them?
Love the bike porn! Thanks! Good photos. I have Look pedals as well and I love them. Have you felt any difference in your neck/shoulders after riding the aerobars?
ohh i like it. It looks comfy!
Thank you for my daily dose. I feel like I need a cigarette. :)
sweet......
Hey Rachel, thanks for the notes back on my site. So when do we get to see pics of you in a team kit screaming down the road in full aero tuck? Rawr!
Cha-ching!! I'm sure your wallet is a bit lighter but so worth it eh!? You'll be flying next season with the aero bars!
But why don't you look happier about being on your bike? :)
And also, it is so not fair that you get legs like that.
Ooh! Pretty Look pedals - those will be my upgrade next season.
Oooooooo. bike porn. like a moth to a flame...
I have the same Cycleops mat under my trainer! I love that mat. How much? I thought about could I bring it to yoga in the off-season!
I have 50/34 FSA compact cranks on my road bike too! Everyone criticizes me for not going for a triple, and doing mountain passes on them... maybe I've just been avoiding knee pain!
Glad to hear the 'roids are cooperating... keep at it... you're doing great.
