I am still tweaking my schedule. Actually i haven't even start.<BR/><BR/>My Sat schedule is perfect. <BR/><BR/>Fri night, sleep early. Sat go for a long bike ride, eat, nap, and go out for the night.<BR/><BR/>Everytime I run my Sat like that, i feel super good.
